The EFL describes real-time outflow credits, but one TOS sentence refers to monthly exports exceeding grid consumption. Export-credit wording conflict — not ranked. Credits roll over against energy charges, have no cash value and are forfeited when you leave. The advertised EFL average assumes 475 kWh of exports.
