How we make money

WattFacts is free to use. Advertising is currently disabled while our AdSense site application is being reviewed. Affiliate placements are also disabled. We may introduce advertising or labeled partner links in the future to help fund the site.

Our rules

• Partner links are always labeled “Partner” and sit in their own box, never inside our price tables.
• The order of plans, our “lowest price” and “typical price” numbers and our rankings are calculated the same way for every provider. A commission never changes them.
• We are not affiliated with any electricity provider or utility. Logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are shown to identify the companies.

Advertising

The site includes Google’s AdSense publisher code for the application and consent setup. If advertising is activated, Google may use cookies to serve ads, subject to consent where required. You can manage personalized advertising in Google Ad Settings. Our privacy notice describes analytics and advertising technologies.
